What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and committed teacher to join our friendly and supportive team at Ashdon Primary School — a small, welcoming village school near Saffron Walden, with around 60 children across three mixed-age classes.
The successful candidate will teach a mixed-age class. The exact class will be confirmed on appointment, depending on the wider staffing structure. We are keen to appoint someone with a proven track record as an effective practitioner who is comfortable teaching across a range of year groups within a small-school setting.

- Confident in classroom and behaviour management

- Willing to take on subject leadership (area to be agreed on appointment)
