About this role
To manage the Workflow and Safeguarding Team Administrators including all first-line HR responsibilities, such as training, appraisal, support with welfare needs and absence management. To be accountable for the completion of administrative tasks within required timescales and to manage the team accordingly to achieve this, in partnership with the IT & Data Quality Manager, when necessary. To undertake workflow audits to maintain a Quality Improvement culture across the Practice, leading by example. To assist the IT and Data Quality Manager with achieving QOF and other contractual targets
