The Role
Are you an experienced early years practitioner wanting to lead, influence practice, and help shape the quality of care and learning for young children? This is your chance to gain a Level 6 qualification (Early years Teacher Status) whilst working full time and making a real difference.
Joining the team as an Early Years Educator, you'll provide care and education while promoting health, and helping children achieve the best possible start in life. We are Ofsted registered and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage. We offer a unique rage of wellbeing focused care for children including swimming lessons for our over 3's, making this a truly unique opportunity.

Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:30am and 6pm.
- 40 hours per week

- £26,707.20 per annum
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support the practice of other practitioners in your setting.
- Oversee care, learning and development of children from birth to five.
- Act as a role model of high-quality, play-based learning.
- Contribute to planning, observation, assessment and ensuring compliance with EYFS and guidance

Take responsibility for operational leadership
policies, staff development, health & wellbeing, and leading best practice strategies.
- Ensure continuous improvement and high quality provision across the setting.
Entry Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working directly with children aged birth to five under the EYFS, in a setting that delivers EYFS requirements.
- Grade 4 (C) or above in English, Maths and Science is essential
