Systems Management and Development Lead – Systems & Services

The HEO Systems Management role is responsible for supporting the delivery, optimisation and technical management of systems and services, with a focus on payment services, system integrations and digital process improvement. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and external suppliers to ensure effective system operations, data integrity and continuous improvement of services.

The role holder will support the Senior Systems Management & Development Lead in maintaining and enhancing SAP-related interfaces (HR, finance and workforce systems), contributing to troubleshooting, change delivery and service performance. The role also supports the development of scalable, automated solutions and ensures systems align with strategic digital and business improvement objectives.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to

  • Assist in managing payment services and systems to ensure consistent delivery, working with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate monthly service management meetings, addressing vendor performance and ensuring issue resolution plans are in place.
  • Monitor service agreements (SLAs/KPIs) and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective systems management.
  • Support the Senior Lead in managing critical incidents (e.g., P1 issues) and follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and support of interfaces between finance, HR, and procurement systems, focusing on SAP.
  • Support the Senior Lead in managing interface changes and their impact on service delivery and business processes.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with service standards and regulatory
  • Provide reports and updates on system performance to senior stakeholders, recommending improvements as necessary.
