We are looking for warm, compassionate Healthcare Assistants (Care Companions) to join our beautiful Fordingbridge care home in Hampshire.

Working nights, including alternate weekends, youll play a vital role in supporting our residents to live comfortably, safely, and with dignitydelivering care that is truly person-centred.

Whether you're experienced or just starting your career in care, we provide full training, ongoing development, and a supportive team environment to help you thrive.

**About the Role**

As a Care Companion, youll work closely with our Senior Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care and companionship.

You will support residents with

* Personal care (washing, toileting, oral care, mobility and manual handling)

* Emotional and social wellbeing

* Daily activities, hobbies, and wellbeing programmes

* Nutrition and hydration support

* Maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes to nurses

* Skin care and pressure area support

* Communication with families, friends, and healthcare professionals

Youll also have opportunities to mentor new team members and grow your own skills.
