Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (Flexible/Part-time options available)

The Opportunity
We are looking for naturally empathetic, positive individuals to join our team as Learning Support Workers. In this role, you won't just be doing a job-you will be directly empowering autistic adults to gain independence, learn new skills, and thrive.
What Your Day Looks Like

Active Support
Splitting your time between our adult centre and out in the local community.

Creativity
Planning and delivering fun, practical lessons to help learners achieve personal goals.

Independence
Supporting learners to access social, leisure, and employment opportunities.

Care
Assisting with dignity-focused personal and intimate care (dressing, washing, toileting) when required.
