Our client, a reputable UK-wide mobile vehicle servicing business, is currently recruiting for a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. This Mobile Vehicle Technician role offers a unique alternative to traditional garage work, providing controlled, planned maintenance and repair services directly at customers’ premises.

- Monday to Friday working hours, typically from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a 1 in 4 Saturday rota

Duties of the
Mobile Vehicle Technician
- Conduct planned maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a range of passenger vehicles at customer locations
- Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify electrical and technical issues
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a high standard of customer service
- Maintain detailed records of work performed using company systems
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Assist with vehicle inspections and road test vehicles where appropriate as a Mobile Vehicle Technician
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex faults and optimise repair processes
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in vehicle repair and maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and electrical fault-finding skills preferred
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a structured environment
- Motivated and committed to delivering high-quality work
