Your Key Responsibilities

· Providing person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and choice

· Supporting residents with daily living activities and personal care needs

· Assisting with meals, hydration, and light household tasks

· Recording care activities accurately and timely

· Administering medication (after training)

· Working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team

About You

· Passionate about providing quality care and supporting others

· A good communicator with a caring and patient nature

· Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player

· Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential – full training is provided
