Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented experienced Paint Sprayer to join our manufacturing team within a growing family owned business. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes in line with project specifications.

Duties

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.

Operate spray equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to apply paint or coatings.

Assist with other manufacturing operations and maintenance tasks as required.

Follow health and safety protocols diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly.

Skills

Ability to operate various power tools and spray equipment including belt fed spray machine.

Previous experience within paint spraying environment is advantageous.

Familiarity with the safe handling of chemicals and coatings used in painting processes.

Strong attention to detail with an organised approach to work tasks.
