Early Years Educator (Level 3) – Montessori-Inspired Nursery

About this role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator (Level 3) to join our warm and nurturing nursery team.

Our setting is inspired by Montessori principles, where children are respected as independent learners and supported to develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning within a calm and carefully prepared environment.

About the Role

You will work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality Early Years education within the EYFS framework. You will help create engaging learning experiences, observe and support children’s development, and build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

You will play a key role in promoting independence, supporting child-led learning, and contributing to a nurturing and inspiring environment.

What We Are Looking For

Essential

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working within an EYFS setting
  • Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding
  • Confident communication and teamwork skills
  • Warm, caring, and professional approach

Desirable

  • Or a genuine interest and willingness to work within Montessori philosophy and be train
  • Experience in outdoor learning or Forest School approaches
  • Experience supporting children with SEND
  • Experience using digital learning journals (e.g. Tapestry, )

Safeguarding

The position is term-time working three days per week from 8:30am to 4:00pm. The salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed further at interview.
