About this role
As our Business Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind our local and national marketing campaigns. You will bridge the gap between creative brand building and hard commercial results, working closely with operations, delivery partners, and store managers.
Key Responsibilities
Local Store Marketing (LSM)
Design and execute hyper-local campaigns to drive footfall into new and existing stores.
Digital & Delivery Platform Management
Optimize our presence, promotions, and ROI across aggregators like UberEats, Deliveroo, and JustEat, as well as our own ordering app.
Social Media & Content Creation
Oversee our social channels (TikTok, Instagram) with punchy, trend-jacking content that gets people talking (and drooling).
Campaign Execution
Project manage seasonal product launches, limited-time offers (LTOs), and store opening events from concept to analysis.
Data & Analytics
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI to continuously optimize our marketing spend.
Community Engagement
Manage customer feedback trends, influencer outreach, and local community partnerships.
