What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering targeted academic interventions with measurable impact as an Intervention Tutor
  • Crafting bespoke learning plans for pupils at risk of falling behind
  • Leading focused, high-energy group or one-to-one sessions
  • Tracking student progress and reporting outcomes to the Inclusion Team
  • Collaborating with class teachers, SENCOs and SLT to shape best practice
  • Equipping students with effective learning habits and confidence
