What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and evolving the SEN strategy, ensuring an aspirational offer for all learners
  • Coordinating EHCPs, reviews, and intervention plans—delivering measurable progress
  • Coaching and championing a multidisciplinary team of support and teaching staff
  • Liaising closely with families, professionals, and specialists to drive transformative support
  • Monitoring data meticulously and reporting to SLT, Governors, and external advisors
  • Championing whole-school SEND training and awareness—the school’s inclusion Ambassador
