What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and evolving the SEN strategy, ensuring an aspirational offer for all learners
- Coordinating EHCPs, reviews, and intervention plans—delivering measurable progress
- Coaching and championing a multidisciplinary team of support and teaching staff
- Liaising closely with families, professionals, and specialists to drive transformative support
- Monitoring data meticulously and reporting to SLT, Governors, and external advisors
- Championing whole-school SEND training and awareness—the school’s inclusion Ambassador
