You'll support the delivery of housing projects and play an active role in day‑to‑day operations, helping individuals and families access safe, stable accommodation when they need it most. If you're looking for a role to make a difference, this could be the role for you!

What you'll be doing

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to support and coordinate administrative and operational activity across housing projects and services
  • Be a customer-focused point of contact, interacting empathetically with residents, colleagues and Local Authority partners by phone and email
  • Follow and create clear end-to-end processes to update and maintain housing management systems accurately and efficiently
  • Identify opportunities for process/procedure improvements to achieve efficiency
  • Administer and scrutinise revenue and income. Leading on Housing Benefit processes, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and in line with internal procedures
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with a positive approach and willingness to travel when required to support project delivery
  • Use Microsoft applications confidently (including Outlook, Excel and Word) and CRM systems to support operational delivery and communication
  • Contribute positively to a team culture focused on reliability, solution focussed, empathy, continuous improvement and social purpose
