£100 per Day (based on 8 hours – Flexible Start Times Available)

Company Vehicle Provided

The company will provide a vehicle for work use only. However, you will need your own vehicle to get to the site in Dunmow every day.

JOB OVERVIEW

Due to the growth of the waste industry and recently securing new contracts, the company has a number of new job opportunities available for candidates who would like to work as a Driver / Operative that have great time-management and organisational skills with the ability to use a SAT NAV.

Working as a Driver / Operative you will travel across a designated area (60 miles radius from Dunmow, Essex) using a company vehicle, carrying out waste collection duties (dog waste and litter bins) in parks and public spaces. This role suits someone who enjoys working outdoors and can manage their own schedule effectively.

As a Driver / Operative you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness while carrying out manual handling tasks. The role requires reliability, physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a small team.

DUTIES

Your duties as the

Driver / Operative include

Travel to Locations

Cover a designated territory to service waste and litter bins

•

Waste Collection

Empty dog waste and litter bins in parks and public areas

•

Manual Handling

Carry out physical tasks safely and efficiently

•

Vehicle Care

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle

•

Equipment Maintenance

Ensure tools and equipment are kept clean and functional

•

Health And Safety Compliance

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

•

Reporting Issues

Identify and report maintenance or repair needs promptly

•

Team Communication

Liaise effectively with colleagues and supervisors
