Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a committed HLTA to support and guide pupils of all abilities, including those with SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, helping them thrive daily in a positive, engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead 1

1 and small group interventions to support learning and development

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of the class teacher
• Implement and model effective behaviour strategies (PRICE / TeamTeach experience desirable)
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional progress across the curriculum
• Promote and maintain a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

HLTA qualified or willing to work towards Level 4 TA status

• Confident in leading learning and delivering interventions independently
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and behavioural needs
• Positive, patient, and resilient approach to supporting pupil progress
• School or youth work experience essential
• Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required
