As a Full-time SEN - Sen Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our teachers in delivering high-quality, tailored educational experiences. You will be responsible for providing personalised support to students with a range of learning needs, ensuring they can actively participate in all aspects of the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities will include
- Implementing individual education plans and providing targeted support to students
- Collaborating with teachers to adapt lesson plans and resources to meet the unique needs of students
- Fostering positive relationships with students and promoting their social, emotional, and academic development
- Monitoring and recording student progress, and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents
- Assisting with the delivery of specialised interventions and therapies, as required
