Join a Leading Main Dealer as Their Go‑To Senior Advisor

A well‑established, high‑performing main dealer in Ipswich is seeking a Service Advisor to become the key link between customers, the workshop, and a small team of advisors. This is a hands‑on senior role where you’ll help with the daily flow of the service department and help drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and mentor two Service Advisors
• Manage the full customer journey from booking to handover
• Oversee workshop loading, job progress, and workflow efficiency
• Handle escalations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximise department profitability
• Maintain accurate records, warranty processes, and compliance

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ year customer service advisor face to face
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
• Ability to support colleagues and take ownership of daily operations
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
• Organised, proactive, and ready for a senior‑level challenge
• Full Uk manual driving licence
