Role Responsibilities

-Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including painting, decorating, ceiling, tiling, carpentry and patch works.

-Operation of door handles/door closers, condition of signs and cleaning of air vents.

-Working at height, stepladders / ladders/ MEWP

-Escalate any issues with supervisor if support is needed to progress works and complete required paperwork / filing.

-Highly organised — willingness to work within a team structure — flexible approach to assisting where required.

-HSE conscious and ability to work to RAMS, ability to be permit acceptor.

Required Qualifications

-Experience in facilities management or building services.

-Served experience in a similar role.

-Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
