Our partner primary school in Hertford is seeking an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team from September for the full academic year.
The Role
- Full-time Level 3 Early Years Practitioner position
- Starting September 2026
- Long-term role for the full academic year
- Supporting children within the Early Years setting
- Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging learning opportunities
- Helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
- Supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing through play-based provision
- Ideal for candidates with previous nursery or school-based Early Years experience
- A secure understanding of the EYFS framework is essential

We are looking for someone who can offer
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
- A warm, patient and positive approach
- Good understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to the role for the academic year
