Our partner primary school in Hertford is seeking an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team from September for the full academic year.

The Role

• Full-time Level 3 Early Years Practitioner position
• Starting September 2026
• Long-term role for the full academic year
• Supporting children within the Early Years setting
• Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging learning opportunities
• Helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
• Supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing through play-based provision
• Ideal for candidates with previous nursery or school-based Early Years experience
• A secure understanding of the EYFS framework is essential

We are looking for someone who can offer

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
• A warm, patient and positive approach
• Good understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to the role for the academic year
